- 35 ml (1.2 oz) Still Spirits Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- 2 tsp mascarpone
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of double espresso coffee
- Medium sized chocolate Easter egg
- Handful of Ice
- Add the Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur, double espresso coffee and mascarpone in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fill the martini glass with Easter decoration of your choice (we used straw to create a snug looking nest), then stand the egg on top.
- Use a hot knife to slice the top of the chocolate Easter egg.
- Fill the chocolate egg with the liquid contents of the shaker.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy.
