Egg-cellent Easter

  • 35 ml (1.2 oz) Still Spirits Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  • 2 tsp mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of double espresso coffee
  • Medium sized chocolate Easter egg
  • Handful of Ice


  1. Add the Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur, double espresso coffee and mascarpone in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Fill the martini glass with Easter decoration of your choice (we used straw to create a snug looking nest), then stand the egg on top.
  3. Use a hot knife to slice the top of the chocolate Easter egg.
  4. Fill the chocolate egg with the liquid contents of the shaker.
  5. Serve with a straw and enjoy.
