Kentucky Bourbon Smash

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon
  • 20-25 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, add lemon juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves. 
  2. Add the bourbon and fill with ice. 
  3. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Cherry Bourbon Sour

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Cherry Bourbon
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Cherry for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup into a shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake until well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass. 
  4. Garnish with a cherry.

Wild Eagle Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Wild Eagle Bourbon
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Orange twist for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass. 
  2. Add the bourbon and ice, stir until chilled.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
  4. Enjoy!

Bourbon Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Honey Bourbon
  • 30 ml (pre-mixed) Top Shelf Wild Eagle Bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml hot water
  • Lemon wheel and cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add honey and bourbons into a heatproof glass.
  2. Top with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. 
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
  4. Enjoy!
