Ingredients
- 50 ml pre-mixed Icon Liqueurs Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Flavouring.
- 200 ml Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer for a slightly spicier version).
- Cubed Ice.
- Slice of orange, lime or rhubarb stalk to garnish.
Directions
- Grab an ice cold glass.
- Add 50 ml pre-mixed Icon Liqueurs Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Flavouring.
- Add in the ice, filling right to the top.
- Pour in the ginger ale.
- Garnish with a slice of orange, lime wedge or rhubarb stalk.
